How to accept Solana

  1. Create a SOL deposit address

    Send one request with the URL to notify and the Solana wallet that receives the money. The same callback URL always returns the same address.

  2. Show the address to your customer

    Display address_in, with a QR code from /sol/sol/qrcode/ if you like. Your customer pays at least 0.004 SOL; the address never expires and can be paid any number of times.

  3. Receive the funds and a signed callback

    After 1 confirmations (about 5 seconds), we forward the payment to your wallet and call your URL with pending=0, value_forwarded_coin, txid_out, coin=sol_sol, signed in x-ca-signature. Answer *ok*.

SOL on Solana

Solana finalises a payment within seconds for a fraction of a cent; each one is forwarded in a single transaction to your wallet and its token account.

For SOL, the network cost of forwarding comes out of the payment itself: you receive the amount paid minus our fee and the gas of the forward.

Solana payments: questions

What is the minimum Solana payment?

0.004 SOL. A smaller payment is still recorded and shown in /logs/, but it is not forwarded, so that the network cost can never eat the payment.

How long until a Solana payment reaches my wallet?

We forward it once it has 1 confirmations on Solana, which takes about 5 seconds on average, then send your server a signed callback with the forwarding transaction id.

Who pays the network fee for Solana?

The network fee of the forwarding transaction is taken from the SOL payment itself, so you never hold SOL for fees.

Do I need an account to accept Solana?

No. There is no sign-up and no API key: one request to /sol/sol/create/ with your callback URL and your Solana wallet returns a deposit address. Funds go straight to that wallet.
